    Who Was St. Richard?

    St. Richard Alvin Smith was born and raised in Cason, Texas. He was a loving husband of 40 plus years, a wonderful father to his son (wife) and two daughters, an outstanding Grandfather, and a cherished loved one to many. Saint, which he often went by, was the Pastor & Organizer of Prayer Temple of Love Cathedral in Highland Park, MI. Saint was amazing. His journey ended in 2020 from Covid 19 but his legacy and spirit lives forever. This homecare agency is inspired by his love, dedication, and devotion that he showed everyone he met. He never met a stranger. Always lending a helping hand, cooking, cleaning, giving rides, taking the homeless in, and just loving people. He would often say, "never look down on a man, unless you are picking him up" and " I love you and there is nothing you can do about it". He was truly an inspiration in the owners lives and he was all around our Saint.
